The Council was reestablished in 2013. This small group of community partners work hard to make our community healthier. This is done through health assessments and education. The Council supports Community partners with their endeavors and believe that when we help each other we are not duplicating services and maximizing our resources. In 2024 the Council became a 501c3 and look forward to seeing what doors this will open.
